Please hang your “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door to prevent our staff from disturbing you.
CHILDREN'S BED
We are happy to provide you with extra beds for a fee.
SAFE
The room safe is located in your closet and is available to you free of charge during your stay. You will find operating instructions next to the safe.
TELEPHONE
Your telephone will be activated after your arrival. For the exchange line, please dial “0” first. We charge EUR 0.35 per unit. The direct dialing number to the rooms is: 05193 / 82 1 – and your room number. From room to room, please only dial 1 – and the corresponding room number.
ADDITIONAL BED LINEN
We will be happy to bring additional blankets or pillows (e.g. bolsters, wedge pillows etc.) to your room.
